Acoustical services were provided to reduce the central utility plant equipment noise from cooling towers, an EEG, boilers, chillers, and pumps that were situated adjacent to residences. This requirement needed to be completed in order to meet conditions of approval for the project. Mitigation for equipment noise included acoustical louvers, in-duct sound attenuators, screenwalls, and duct-liner board. Additionally, our consultants reviewed multiple equipment options to identify appropriate selections.
