Ryan G. Raskop, AIA, NCARB, LEED® AP+Homes
Senior Consultant

Ryan’s fascination with design and the built environment began at age five. Using building blocks, clay, Legos, Lincoln Logs, or Popsicle sticks, he was constantly creating. After completing two years of architecture courses in high school, Ryan realized his passion for constructing a higher quality of life through the design of places where we work, live, and play. He pursued his professional degree in architecture at Cal Poly Pomona, where he was trained in the practicalities of project delivery in respect to existing environments. Much of his inspiration and drive is drawn from architects such as Frank Lloyd Wright, Le Corbusier, Rudolph Schindler, Richard Neutra, John Lautner, and Renzo Piano. With a focus in sustainable design, Ryan possesses a commanding knowledge of green building systems and strategies that lower operating costs and increase the life cycle of a building and its components.

Upon graduation, his technical and architectural skills landed him a job in telecommunications, where he delivered wireless design solutions to various clients in the wireless industry. Ryan joined Salter in 2013 to work more closely with architects and IT systems. He is particularly interested in how the pieces of a building can be transformed into comfortable and functioning spaces. Ryan has now become now a licensed architect to better understand and serve his clients with well-informed, practical IT design solutions.
