Eric (Broadhurst) Mori, PE | Senior Vice President

Eric began his career in acoustical consulting at Charles M. Salter Associates, Inc. in 1989. His primary consulting areas are multi-family housing, medical facilities, and entertainment facilities. He has also served as an expert witness in litigation concerning housing. This experience has influenced his design approach for new residential projects. His firsthand experience allows him to recommend designs that meet acoustical requirements, are cost effective, and constructible. Eric also teaches AIA continuing education courses and acoustical seminars across the country.

Eric has been the project manager/engineer for a range of projects including One Rincon Hill Tower, which is adjacent to the Bay Bridge in San Francisco; the ultra-luxury Beverly West and Century condominium towers in Los Angeles; and the W Hotel and Residences in Hollywood. His entertainment projects include Disney Sound Stages 6 and 7 in Burbank, KABC7 Studios in Glendale, the new TOHO Post-Production Building in Tokyo, Japan, and various technical production buildings at the Warner Bros. lot in Burbank. A few of his medical facility projects include the Kaiser Template Hospital design and several Kaiser Hospitals in California that were based on the template design, the USC Norris Cancer Center, and Salinas Valley Medical Center.
